"Ham And Eggs Bravo"
| Ingredients | | | 1/4 | cup | flour | | | 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | | | 1 | | pepper | | | 1/2 | cup | mayonnaise | | | 2 | cup | milk | | | 1/4 | pound | american cheese, cubed | | | 1/4 | cup | green onions, sliced | | | 1/4 | cup | pimiento, chopped | | | 1 1/2 | cup | ham, cooked, cubed | | | 4 | each | hard-cooked eggs, sliced | | | 4 | each | english muffins, split, toasted conventionally | | | | | | Directions:
| Blend flour, salt and pepper into mayonnaise; gradually add milk.
Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven until thickened 1 1/2 minutes; stir. Add cheese and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven until melted, approximately 1 1/2 more minutes.
Add onion, pimiento, ham and eggs. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 2 to 4 minutes or until heated through. Serve on muffins.
